by KAY Multimedia Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing our services, you agree to adhere to
the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

We strive to provide the highest quality digital marketing services to our clients. However, we understand
that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of services or a request for a refund. This policy
outlines our procedures for such situations.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Service Initiation:
- If a cancellation request is made before the initiation of any service, a full refund will be provided.
- Services are considered initiated once the initial strategy session or any preliminary work has commenced.
3.2. Ongoing Services:
- For ongoing services such as monthly SEO, PPC management or social media marketing, cancellations must be
requested at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the next month.
- If a cancellation request is made within 14 days of the next billing cycle, the client will be billed for
the upcoming month, and the cancellation will take effect the following month.
3.3. One-Time Services:
- For one-time services like website audits, content creation or specific campaign management, cancellations
must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If work has not begun, a full refund will be issued.
- If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Full Refunds:
- Full refunds will be provided if the service is cancelled before any work has commenced.
4.2. Prorated Refunds:
- If work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. Documentation of
work performed will be provided to the client upon request.
4.3. Non-Refundable Services:
- Certain services, such as ad spend for PPC campaigns, third-party tool subscriptions, and expedited
services, are non-refundable once initiated. These costs are typically incurred on behalf of the client and
cannot be recouped by the Company.
4.4. Dissatisfaction with Services:
- If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Refunds or credits for future services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

order details, the reason for the cancellation or refund request and any relevant documentation.
5.2. Review Process:
- Upon receiving your request, our team will review it and respond within 5 business days. We may request
additional information to process your request.
5.3. Approval and Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be
issued to the original method of payment.

immediately upon posting to our website. It is the client's responsibility to review this policy periodically
