Lead and manage performance-driven digital campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn platforms by planning strategies, coordinating with internal teams, optimizing campaign performance and delivering data-backed results aligned with client objectives, while maintaining clear reporting and communication; requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
Manage client accounts end-to-end from onboarding to renewal by supporting campaign planning, tracking performance metrics, analyzing data and sharing actionable insights to drive campaign growth, while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and clear communication; requires 3-4 years of experience in campaign management, account handling or performance marketing roles.
Design creative visuals for digital campaigns and brand communication using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality designs; experienced designers are preferred and intern roles are open to freshers with strong creative skills and a learning mindset. Ability to follow brand guidelines, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Edit and produce engaging video content for digital platforms using tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects, collaborating with creative teams to deliver visually compelling videos that align with brand goals and campaign requirements; suitable for candidates with hands-on editing skills and a strong sense of visual storytelling. Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Handle digital marketing consultations and inside sales activities by engaging with clients, understanding their requirements and suggesting suitable digital solutions, while communicating confidently across English, Tamil and Hindi to support client relationships and business growth; suitable for candidates with hands-on exposure to digital marketing and client interaction.
Drive sales by engaging with potential clients on the ground, presenting digital marketing solutions and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets; requires excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate fieldwork effectively, with preference given to candidates with previous on-field sales experience and a two-wheeler.
